Helge is the inventor of 8 patents ranging from novel production processes, product formulations to chemical process optimizations.
He holds a German safety specialist title issued by the BG-Chemie as “Fachkraft fuer Arbeitssicherheit”
He is active in the German-American community at the German American Chambers of Commerce.
Helge volunteers on a USAID-funded Farmer-to-Farmer program where he supports the economic development of agriculture cooperatives in Honduras.
He is a frequent speaker at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga about project management and Process safety management.
He served on the Board of Trustees at The Bright School from 2014 until 2020.
He and his wife support education about solar energy generation by teaching students with innovative learning tools they invented.

He is a successful entrepreneur running an engineering firm for over 22 years and is looking back to an engineering career of over 34 years. He contributes to the team with his superb knowledge in the field of engineering and design processes from pre-Project studies to commissioning services.

Don is working for over 42 years in the chemical, energy and utilities industries in diverse functions from international project management, Engineering, plant and maintenance management.
has worked for and advised large chemical corporations
with responsiblit for global engineering organizations and project execution.
Especially adept in transferring technology across regional boundaries and the development/execution of engineering, procurement, and construction agreements.
He is the originator of two US patents and two additional patents pending.

Erik is a senior project manager and commissioning manager for commercial/industrial projects.
He has over 25 years of experience in the project management, engineering, design and commissioning of manufacturing facilities.

Christy brings the team together with her creative energy. She has a degree in human ecology and has several years of experience in the design industry. Christy was also responsible for the energy efficiency and sustainability of the building operations of a large insurance company.
